I found one of your tee shirts in a thrift store here in Salt Lake City Utah. It was a Medium and I take a Large. I did note your website address from the back of the shirt. I really wish the shirt was my size. Reading all the good guest book responses I may soon order a bag of your beans.
Thanks!

While on our way to visiting the campus of Mercersburg Academy my husband and I stopped to purchase hot roasted peanuts that filled the air around us. To our surprise we discovered we stepped into a tour of the world. I purchased 3 bags of the Kenya French Roast Coffee. Each time I visited Mercersburg Academy thereafter I would purchased up to 6 bags of coffee. Although my son is now attending college, my husband and I have friends living in that area who purchase coffee for me. Now I'm online purchasing the best coffee to be found anywhere.

Hi Folks,
Just read all the emails in your guestbook and found my last one was July 4, 2000, right after our first visit. We don't get to the store as often anymore now that our Son no longer lives in the area, but we still make it once or twice a year.
Oh, our Son is now in Alaska and for Christmas, guess what we got form him and his wife. A very welcome gift certificate from GCR. Thought you may like to hear from a loyal customer, but I still like country. Bye for now and see you later this Summer.

Living only a few miles from your shop, we only discovered your "e;FANTASTIC"e; business last weekend! What a great place you have! The only thing that makes me mad, is that we didn't find you sooner. We were there again today and I am pretty sure you will see my "e;Bald"e; head every weekend now. We bought a lot of sample packets and just finished a pot of Highlander Grog...Wow.. Great taste and will call for a larger purchase for sure.. can't wait for morning to get here to try another flavor...you also have me interested in Asian cooking, after seeing what all you stock ..it will be a "e;new"e; experience for this Pennsylvania Dutch boy but can't wait to get started...hope you have some good recipe books for me to try...anyway, your coffee, Tea, and Peanuts are outstanding, and of course I got your Bumper Stickers, Mugs, Tins, Licorice, Jasmine Rice (YUM YUM.. Bye Bye Uncle Ben).. and...well you get the picture, I am enjoying all you have...next weekend will probably be T-Shirt and Mortar & Pestle and more coffee and maybe you will teach me how to roast your tasty peanuts or something!.. I can only feel sorry for those who have never "e;Experienced"e; the Greencastle Coffee Shop. Thank You Sir

My wife and I were in Greencastle about a year ago looking for antique shops when we saw your store. While I only drink a little coffee both of us are tea drinkers. We enjoy black, green and oolong varieties. Your shop is great with the varieties of high quality teas. The Asian food section is also a plus. I regularly enjoy the drive from Martinsburg to purchase tea but on occasion when I cannot find the time I like to use the on-line store to obtain tea.

Hi there! We were visiting with our friends in Greencastle when they introduced us to your store. We managed to pick up some of your flavoured coffees which we have enjoyed a great deal. Wish we had bought more at that time but we could not possibly have brought home as much as we wanted. Have tried to find something like it over here in Singapore but have not been successful. I am an absolute freak for flavored coffees, and while searching for a flavor of coffee I had received as a Christmas gift called "e;Jingle Java"e;, I wandered upon your store. Needless to say, I just spent almost $50 on just flavored coffees! I love the option of buying the sample packages before committing to a pound of a flavor I may not like. The samples is also a wonderful way of turning my friends and work associates on to different flavors of coffee... alas, there are some flavors you need to add though.... strawberry shortcake, chocolate cheesecake, carrot cake... oh, and the jingle java, which turns out is an egg nog/buttered rum blend of flavors, which is wonderful! Get that roaster and the flavored solvents out!! I'll be back!!!

The aroma smells good at home when the wind is blowing in the right direction. Glad my father's roaster came in to good use. I don't buy enough peanuts, and today was stock up day!!

Hi, first visit to your store was yesterday. I bought several trial size coffees and a pound or two of ground coffee. I can't wait to try them all. Loved the store and the website. I've been so disappointed in the past with coffees that smell so good, and taste so blah, but not yours. It actually taste just like it smells. Can't wait till my next visit.

This message is the final test of the now resurrected guest book. Much credit goes to Bum who worked putting it back in order. I added a little HTML to make the format match the original. I have also included all the old messages. Come on in the GUEST BOOK waters are fine!

Hi, we stopped by your shop and bought several "e;trial"e; size coffees and a pound of "e;Lisa's Winter Wonderland"e; and some beautiful cobalt Latte mugs. We love your coffee and will be ordering more after we've sampled the rest. Especially love the Winter Wonderland. I enjoyed your website, but was wondering if you couldn't add a brief description for some of the items that be more unusual. Thanks again and expect orders from us and the rest of our family who have also fallen in love! Kat & Glenn Lewis

I discovered your products at the Octubafest in Carlisle, PA in October. I was pleasantly surprised to find wasabi peas among your offerings. I ,however, did not find them listed in the veggie and snack selections. May these be purchased through the website? I look forward to your response. Dave

I stopped by your shop a little over a week ago to check it out. I ended up buying a can of peanuts, pound of coffee, and 3 burlap bags. The peanuts and coffee are gone. The peanuts were fantastic. I will definitely be back up tomorrow to have the can refilled. I stopped in on a Sunday. The young lady who waited on me was very helpful and a lot of fun to talk to.

Isn't it strange how a certain flavor will encompass the taste buds and ignite a long-buried memory? Yesterday, I brewed a cup of Kenya AA, the beans of which were purchased at GCR. The images of a former boon companion permeated my thoughts as I drank. For a period of about four months in spring and summer, he and I would engage in a rousing drunken stupor at the end of every fortnight. The following mornings would find us consuming freshly brewed Kenya on his screened-in back porch. The cool summer mornings were as calm and serene as cumulus clouds floating to natures' rhythms. He has long since passed from this world, but I shall never forget him. Thanks GCR.

OKAY, SO THE COFFEE HAS MAGICAL FLAVOR, AND THE PEANUTS SATISFY CERTAIN GUSTATORY FANTASIES. . .BUT. . .HMMMMMMMM. . .WHAT GLORIOUS CONCOCTION WILL YOU CONJURE NEXT? CHOCOLATE COVERED COFFEE BEANS? SALIVA OOZES IN RUSHING STREAMS FROM THE CORNERS OF MY MOUTH AT THE MERE THOUGHT. I PRAY TO THE MONKEYS ON THEIR AERIE THAT THEY CONTINUE THEIR FUNCTION OF MUSE FOR GREENCASTLE COFFEE ROASTERS.

Love your site. I had the pleasure of tasting your Toasted Coconut Macaroon coffee at work which was graciously supplied by a co-worker. The smell of the coffee itself was all it took to know this was a coffee I could get hooked on but the flavor was the clincher. I plan on visiting your shop this weekend in hopes of going home fully stocked with several of your flavored coffees and nuts. Thanks for bringing all the wonderful selections of fine coffees and roasted nuts to the Tristate area and beyond.
